Facebook and Instagram Account Information

Page name, Page ID, profile picture, Instagram business account metadata, and user ID (if permission granted).

Messages and Comments

Public post comments, Instagram direct messages, and Facebook Messenger conversations for response management.

Metadata and Insights

Engagement statistics, timestamps, and other metadata provided by Facebook and Instagram APIs to monitor customer support performance.

  • Ensure secure, role-based access to account management features, maintaining data privacy and business integrity.

We do not sell your personal data. Information may only be shared in the following cases:

  • With authorized users within your organization.
  • With Meta (Facebook/Instagram) via Graph API requests, under their platform policies.
  • With third-party infrastructure providers strictly for platform operation and support.

  • You can disconnect Facebook and Instagram accounts from AI Social Media at any time.
  • You may request deletion of your data by emailing us at support@kato.biz.
  • You have full control over which permissions to grant during the Meta login process.
